Photography
The goal of this photo assignment was to capture the texture of a subject while utilizing rule of thirds.
In this photo assignment we were challenged to take a photo using a unique point of view. I stood on a ladder to capture my editor-in-chief who was framed by his office door.
For this assignment I had to find a piece of trash or debris and take a photo using the golden ratio or rule of thirds, so I used the red center as my focal point.
In this photo, the textbook framed the eyes of my cat, Louie.
In this assignment we had to keep the background in focus while using a faster shutter speed to show the motion of a subject.
In this photo we had to show balance, so I used radial balance, which means the spokes point out from a center point and show no end.
In this assignment we needed a foreground in focus and a background out of focus.
In this photo, Louie is framed by the chair and his eyes are in the rule of thirds.
This was a fun photo I took while out at the K-State Sheep and Goat Barn.
